goMessage User Agreement

This agreement is held between Global Office Limited ("goMessage", "Global Office Limited","We") and ("you", "the Customer", "the user") for the use of the goMessage system ("the system", "goMessage")

We reserve the right to amend this agreement from time to time. You will be notified thirty (30) days in advance of any such amendments. Your continued use of the system following such amendments will represent an agreement by you to be bound by the agreement as amended.

• 1. You Agree;

*	To use the goMessage system in conjunction with the goMessage Terms of Use To pay your subscription fee within seven (7) days of the due date. To be responsible for any debt collection costs incurred in recovering overdue amounts owed. To keep your user password confidential and not to disclose any details to any third party that may assist them in gaining unauthorized access to the system. To be responsible for any content and/or data added to the system by you or persons in your company.	*

• 2. We Agree;

*	To the best of our ability ensure the system is available for your use at all times notwithstanding third party influences and/or external conditions preventing us from doing so. To backup your data every day. To keep information we collect about you confidential.	*

• 3. Pricing

*	Charges for the use of the system are made on a calendar monthly basis in advance. The plan you choose will determine what your monthly access fee will be. This access fee is charged each month in advance. Each plans access charge depends upon the number of messages that you intend to send each month and/or the amount of traffic in megabytes that you intend to use in sending those messages. You agree to select an initial plan at the time of accepting this agreement that reflects your intended use of the system. Your plan will continue at the same level until; You contact us and request a different plan. We contact you to advise that you have exceeded your current plan limit. Plans and current pricing are available from the goMessage sales and support team or by contacting Global Office Limited. We reserve the right to charge you on a pro rata basis if your plan limits are exceeded on any calendar month. Your monthly plan access fee is charged each month even if no messages are sent from your account.	*

• 4. Termination

*	Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days notice to the other party. goMessage may terminate this agreement immediately if the terms and conditions of this agreement or any other associated terms of use are breached. Upon termination by any party, goMessage agrees to provide the user with the data entered into the goMessage system by the user in a common format of goMessage’s choosing.	*
